Over 10 years of professional designing activity, we grew strong in the architectural and engineering culture and thanks to the young staff of designers we have a fresh look supported on the reliable foundations of the great designers with all titles. We like the challenges and solutions of complex problems which need the wide architectural and engineering knowledge, and also concerning the formal –lawful process of the investment.

The people were and still are the key to our success, because we still pay a special attention on the designers’ level: we employ mainly those graduates of the higher education institutions who had very good marks during the studying which demonstrates their intellectual level, responsibility, engagement and independence.

The base of our politics in the assessment of the work on basis of the results, not on the basis of titles and authorizations. Sometimes it goes together but only sometimes. The consequence of this assumption is flattening of the occupational structure and necessity of the permanent assessment of the results of actions measured by kind, amount and quality of work.

First of all – quality. In the designing works the quality means the level of the architectural and engineering solutions . In the technical works the quality means the technique and drawing precision and in the material specifications.
